It’s official now! Samsung had revealed the all new Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone in the India market today. The device had a good review when it was earlier released globally after weeks of speculations and rumors circulating the entire internet.
Samsung claims the Galay S10 Lite is targeted at millennials who wants a smartphone with great camera and battery without spending too much cash hence the rhetoric “Awesome screen, awesome camera, long lasting battery life.”
Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Specifications and Features
What makes the Galaxy S10 Lite awesome is the great 6.7-Inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display which has a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also has an in-screen fingerprint sensor something which Samsung seems to only be putting on it’s high-end smartphones.
But that aside, the device is powered by a high-end Snapdragon 855 SoC with an Adreno 640 GPU with 8GB of RAM as well as 128 GB of internal storage.
Another interesting specification lies with the battery which is a 4,500 mAh Li-Po battery capable of 25W fast charging. Powered by the latest Samsung’s One UI 2.0 which is built on top of the latest Android 10.
With all these features, the smartphone offers a lag-free experience which is amazing for both gaming and multitasking. It in fact has a Game Booster which optimizes the device’s hardware for maximum performances while enhancing battery despite spending long time playing games.
There is also a Gaming Mode which also restricts the navigation bar from showing up, prevents accidental touches, and disables quick screenshots and block notifications and other disturbances while gaming. So next time your girlfriend tires to reach out to you and you have this mode turned on, you might want to blame it on Samsung as to why you refused to return her message.
Now speaking of the so-called “Awesome camera…” the Galaxy S10 Lite features a 48-Megapixel main sensor at the back coupled with another 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor but at the front is a hole-punch 32-Megapixel camera which has the much needed Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and UHD shake-free videos.
The camera setup is ideal for capturing clear images even in underlit conditions. The primary 48-megapixel camera comes equipped with OIS to give the smartphone gimbal-like stability.
Taking a portrait photograph with Bokeh effect is awesome as the 48-MP main sensor does it’s job focusing on the subject and getting rid of the back by blurring it out.
Also their is a good noise control system as the Galaxy S10 Lite is equipped with a zoom-in-mic feature which help noise level while recording videos.
Other specifications that might interest you on the device includesna dedicated microSD card slot, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.1ac, GPS and USB-C but sorry, there is no 3.5mm audio jack.
