Still on Apple, and rumors flying across the internet about the company’s potential product releases by 2022 and those include high-end iMac computers, Mac Pro desktop computers, and iPad Pro among others.
The report was shared by Mark Gurman from Bloomberg where he made some insider insight about what to expect from Apple by 2022.
In the report, Gurman made it known that Apple is planning on redesigning its iPad Pro and that it’ll feature built-in support for wireless charging.
There are also potential design overhauls coming to other variants such as the iPad Air and base models by 2022.
He added Apple is planning to release a redesigned MacBook Air next year and will be launched alongside a revamped, high-end iMac that is powered by the Apple Silicon chipset.
One rumor that stuck out to me the most is the potential next-gen rugged Apple Watch as well as a newer Apple Watch SE variant both of which will be an interesting upgrade to have.
The current design of the Apple Watch has inspired a number of smartwatches and fitness bands on the market today and the design has aged quite well. It might be time for Apple to really make a general design overhaul even though that might just be a wish in my head and not an actual reality.
If you consider the newly announced MacBook laptops just a month ago which has a notch and a number of bleeding-edge features and innumerable ports, I keep wondering if Apple will really switch its product design just a year later considering the fact that Apple is still stuck with the design aesthetics of its iPhone which it adopted since 2017.
Anyway, another interesting thing is that Apple could potentially release a 5G-supported iPhone SE by 2022 as well.
We expected one to be announced this year but we got nothing and many even though the end of the iPhone SE series might have come due to the company sticking with its “Mini” variant of its iPhone 12 and 13 series.
Anyway, all of these are just rumors, so you should take it with a pinch even though we’ll keep you updated with subsequent rumors and announcements in the near future.
