The next Apple’s entry-level smartphone seems to have gotten a name already as many media outlets have been speculating earlier on this year if the device will be called the iPhone 9 or or SE 2 both names signifying Apple taking over from where they left the devices off in the past (2016 and 17)
According to a new claim from 9to5Mac which claimed to have obtained a marketing name of the device said it’s going to be called iPhone SE and being referenced as the 2020 version so maybe “iPhone SE 2020”
Another screen protector listed on the official Apple’s online store also confirms the iPhone SE moniker which might give a clue about the nearness of it’s release.
Meanwhile this same protector is said to be a good fit for both iPhone 7 and 8 which confirms the screen size of the device to being 4.7-inch.

Aside that, other detail from the report also showed the iPhone SE (2020) to offer a 256 storage space while previous speculations has it the device’s storage could be split up into different models which will range between 64GB and 128GB.
As for the color of the iPhone SE (2020) it’s assumed to come in Black, White and Red colors. In fact, there are also of confirmation on the five official Apple cases for the device which include black and white silicone cases alongside red, black and midnight blue leather options.

Also there are confirmations about the processor of the iPhone SE (2020) to being the A13 Bionic chipset on the current iPhone 11 series and the device is expected to be about $399.
And speaking of the size of the device, there are rumors of the device launching with a 5.5-inch version though nothing much has been revealed yet about the larger variant.
According to a recent speculation, the new iPhone SE is supposed to launch on April 15 but given the new leaks, the launching might take place sooner than expected.
