Finnish mobile phone maker HMD Global, the company that makes Nokia devices has announced its releasing a new smartphone dubbed Nokia C20 Plus by June 11th in China.
A 3D render of the device’s rear views has also been shared by the company and from the image shared, the device sports a round camera module with a single LED flat as well as a fingerprint sensor on the non “plus” variant.
Both the Nokia C20 and C20 Plus will have a dual camera system at the back with the device’s volume key and power button all placed on one side of the device.
As for the top, there seems to be a port for the 3.5mm headphone jack while the bottom will house the USB-C charging port for the device. Below is a schematic design of the device.

According to earlier reports, the device is expected to have a TA-1388 model number and it’s recently spotted t the 3C and TENAA certification sites, China.
The 3C listing of the phone revealed that it is an LTE device that may tag along a 10W charger.
Another appearance the device made was on Geekbench listing which showed the C20 Plus will come with 3GB of RAM and be pwoered bgy the current Android 11 OS.
That should give a hint about the device being an entry-level device with a Unisoc chipset with a quad-core CPU clocking at 1.20GHz. The device could run on the Unisoc SC9863A chipset.
As for the power, it could be in the range of 4500mAh and 5,000mAh according to speculations. With an existing Nokia C20 offering a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display announced back in April, the C20 plus is suggested to be an upgrade to that device.
In terms of specs of the older Nokia C20, it comes with the Android 11 Go Edition, 1GB/2GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of RAM and powered by the Unisoc SC9863A chipset with 3000mAh battery as well as support for 10W fast charging.
It was revealed in the last month that the Nokia C20 Plus will be featuring a 5,000mAh battery. The moniker of the device suggests that it will be arriving as an upgraded version of the Nokia C20, which was announced in April.
For photography, it has a 5-megapixel camera on the front and another 5-megapixel lens on the back.
June 11th is the release date and the event is expected to take place at 10AM local China time – so you can tune in or just visit AliExpress afterwards to check if it has hit the store.
