It’s September and as you may know, this is the period every companies tries to announce or a roll out their devices to their customers. With numerous smartphones flooding the market every year, it’s nearly hard these days to pick what is right for you or not.
Meanwhile, another big release would be from Realme which announced just last week it XT smartphone in India. That same device will also be released in China tomorrow. One special thing about the RealMe XT if you may ask me is that the device is the first ever to pack a massive 64 MegaPixel quad cameras in one device…that’s really huge if you think about it.
Meanwhile, there isn’t any news as of now if the other RealMe XT 730G will also get to be released in China tomorrow alongside the RealMe XT. Meanwhile, these Chinese brands are trying as much as possible to keep Apple away from their local market with the release of amazing smartphones that disrupt even the so-called “Premium” devices.
As for specifications and designs, an official poster released by the company showed the device will wear a Pear White and Pearl Blue colors. There is nothing like black based on the poster though. But nothing is yet official whether the Realme XT launches with the same name or a different moniker because earlier this month, Realme had launched the Realme Q phone in China. It is actually rebranded version of the Realme 5 Pro that was announced in India last month.

After releasing the RealMe XT in India last Month, the Chinese company promised to make a game-centric version of the device which would be called the RealMe 730G in India later by December. This device will definitely pack a host load of features and specifications that would make it a suitable gaming smartphone. It’s expected to come with the SnapDragon 730G SoC and a 30W fast charging support just as seen on the Xiaomi Mi Mix 5G.
Companies that makes too multiple smartphones can be difficult to track the names of their products sometimes. For example, an unannounced RealMe RMX1991 was recently spotted on TENAA wit it’s full specifications and rumor has it this could be the RealMe XT 730G but of course, nothing official yet.
The TENAA listing states that the RMX1991 phone has a 2.2GHz octa-core processor and not 2.3GHz Snapdragon 712 SoC that fuels Realme XT. Hence, the Realme RMX1991 seems to be fueled by Snapdragon 730G. Also, it has a front-facing camera of 32-megapixel whereas the Realme XT has a selfie snapper of 16-megapixel.
Specifications and Price of the RealMe XT in India
The RealMe XT has already hit the stores in India and it comes in three different models which includes a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model ($223), a 6GB RAM + 64 GB Storage model ($237) and then an 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage model ($265). All the smartphones are mid-rangers but well packed with features that makes them really exciting to purchase.
The device features a massive 6.4 inch Super AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch. The display produces a Full HD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The SD712 Chipset is where the device draws it’s strength. And of course a quad camera setup with the primary camera being a massive 64MegaPixel Samsung GW1 lens then an 8-MegaOixel Ultra wide lens, a 2 MegaPixel dedicated macro camera and then another 2 MegaPixel depth sensor. The front facing camera is just 16 MegaPixel camera. And as for the power, it has a big 4,000 mAh battery.
What I don’t really like about the device is just the design. But it has a host of features that makes it very amazing. It also has no 5G support. Many fans have been asking if Xiaomi is replacing the Poco with RealMe. But well, nothing is official yet and we hope to get a response from the company soonest.
