W won’t see another Galaxy Note series until late summer usually around August each year, the Note 20 series for this year is possibly months away for sure but that doesn’t stop it from appearing already on leaks and benchmarks.
In fact, a device which is alleged to being the Galaxy Note 20+ had already appeared on the database of GeekBench which is somewhat what we’ve expected.
The model of the alleged “Galaxy Note 20+” is said to be SM-N986U which is probably going to be a US version of the device because if we’re to compare it to the current Galaxy Note 10+ which features the Snapdragon 855+ Chipset, it comes with the model number SM-N976U as well.
Aside the model number, there have been other important details about the device which includes the operating system to being the Android 10 and then being powered by an 8GB of RAM even though there is a likelihood of also having a 12GB RAM variant of the device.
Other interesting features of the device device includes being powered by a Snapdragon 8865 Chipset. The motherboard is said to be listed with the code name “Kona” which is the code name of the chipset that the device will run on.
As for the CPU speed of the SD865, it reach a peak of 2.84GHz whereas the maximum output of the alleged Galaxy Note 20+ CPU peaks 3.09GHz so the chipset could be the Snapdragon 865+ rather than the latter.
The model recorded a single-core test score of 985 points while o the multi-core test, it scored 3,220 points.
But as other important information about the device reaches us, we’ll be sure to keep you posted about the updates of the Galaxy Note 20+ so remember to subscribe to our newsletter and bookmark us.
