Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is currently rolling out updates for its older device the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T series both of which will be getting the May 2021 security patches via the Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1.
The update is expected to also bring in some quick fixes to internal bugs as well as some few tweaks and features here and there. A changelog to the release was also released to guide users with what they can expect with the new update as of May.
The software will work for the OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T and 7T Pro all of which were released back in 2019. OnePlus is quite nice in how long they continue to support their older devices as time passes.
