This year has seen so far tons of movies/TV Shows getting released. Some raked in huge amount of money while others flopped at the Box Office. We’ve seen the likes of Alita: Battle Angel, or Keanu Reeves’ John Wick: Parabellum and even the so much successful Avengers: Endgame. But well, these movies aren’t just the end of it all.
This week is going to be amazing with new TV shows as well as movies all getting released. These movies are nice enough to consider on your watchlist. According to a curated list of movies on Pocket-Lint, we thought they might also interest you.

THE APPRENTICE
- Where: BBC One (BBC iPlayer)
- When: Starts on 2 October
So Sir Alan Sugar as well as the Apprentice are back in this new batch and hopefully they complete whatever task that going to enable them win financial backing for their potential business plans. Who would be fired is yet unknown because none has yet been hired but this would be an interesting TV Show you shouldn’t miss.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix

- When: Available to buy now
The next X-Men movie is now available for your digital consumption and can be purchased online. Jean Grey is now one of the greatest threats to the mutant superhero team when the Dark Phoenix living inside her emerges and takes over her mortal self.

Swamp Thing
Th Swamp Thing was formerly on the DC Universe streaming service in US but the latest TV adaptation of this movie is now even in UK via Amazon Prime Video. Taking some cues from the Alan Moore run on the comic books, the 10 episode series was highly regarded. Now you can find out why.

Plebs
- Where: ITV2 (ITV Hub)
- When: Returns on 30 September
The fifth season of ITV comedy Plebs starts with a double header. Amanda Holden joins the cast in the silly and often hilarious take on Roman life, while guest stars this series include Blackadder’s Baldrick himself, Tony Robinson.

Snackmasters
- Where: Channel 4 (All 4)
- When: Starts on 1 October
First Date’s Fred Sirieix challenges some of the UK’s top chefs to accurately recreate our favourite snacks. They won’t have any help from the factories though, so have to work out the recipes themselves.

Teen Titans Go!
- Where: Amazon Prime Video
- When: Available now
Teen Titans Go! is one of the best kids cartoon series of all time, and it just so happens to be great fun for adults too. Amazon Prime Video now plays host to four seasons of the show, with each season made up of around 50 episodes. That’s plenty to keep the young’uns amused on a Sunday.
