Ahead of its debut, there are new leaked renders of what appears to be the Moto Edge 40 Pro smartphone and it could possibly be a rebranded Moto X40 that is currently available in China.
If so, the majority of things to expect from the device are known to many already. The leaked render as shared via @Onleaks and MySmartPrice which shows the device looking pretty similar to the aforementioned Moto X40 and has the same multiple rear-camera systems and a hole-punch selfie camera cut-out.
As mentioned earlier, the majority of the specifications of the Moto X40 include a 6.67-inch OLED display with a blazing-fast 165Hz refresh rate as well as curved edges similar to older premium-tier Motorola smartphones.
The device is also powered by the newest Snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipset, it has 12GB of RAM and its storage is between 256GB and 512GB.

It has a 4,600mAh battery that can be charged at 125W. There is also support for wireless charging as well as reverse wireless charging.
The rear camera module consists of a primary 50MP sensor and another 50MP ultrawide sensor while the third is a 12MP sensor.
Unless Motorola has something entirely different to offer regarding the Moto Edge 40 Pro when it debuts on the global market, then this s just a maxed-out smartphone that looks great on paper.
As for the release date or even the price point, nothing is yet has been made official by the company but if we are also to go by previous releases such as the Motorola Edge, then this device might debut in spring.
