The report about OnePlus finding it’s root in the mid-range spectrum had been in the news since the beginning of the year and with numerous rumors being thrown from left to right, the device finally made it’s debut and behold, the OnePlus Nord an interesting upper mid-range smartphone with some really great specifications and interesting features to it.
The device is launched in both Europe and parts of Asia and the event was done in Augmented Reality made it the first of it’s kind in the industry at large which is a sort of milestone for the company which is notable for innovating new technology as we’ve seen with the OnePlus 8 series as an example.
Since the early days of OnePlus, the Nord brand is the first mid-ranger since those days as the company seems to have deviated from what it was known for and moved to the high-end expensive flagship spectrum but that is no longer the case with the new device.
Wrapped within the OnePlus Nored is a 90Hz refresh rate AMOLED display with a powerful 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor at the back of the device as well as the Warp Charge 30T while the software it’s run on is the Android 10 with OxygenOS built right on top of it.
With the amazing spec-sheet, you might just wonder why the device would be classed within the mid-range but never mind because that is what OnePlus excels in as the company is known to make really superior hardware and software at a much lower price point something which we found in the Poco brand.
