The Lenovo IdeaPad Duet and Flex 5 Chromebooks were both first announced back during the CES 20200 tech show held in January in Las Vegas but the company had passed out nothing of the product making us wonder if the production of these device had been delayed or will be rescheduled till the year 2021 due to the Coronavirus pandemic but then a couple of days back, Best Buy listed the IdeaPad Duet Chromebook for pre-order and that’s an interesting news.
The device comes at a US$299 price tag featuring 128GB of internal storage but that price might not be accurate as a Chromebook with a 64GB of internal storage costs about US$279. But considering that price point, many intending buyers have already placed their orders and it was successful and its billed to ship by May 11th.
Best Buy then removed the pre-order button which was then replaced with a “Coming soon” and then the pre-order is back on though the shipping date is being moved to May 20th. The pre-order is back on but the expected shipping date has been moved to May 20.
