Another Infinix smartphone is coming on this year, the Note 7 which will feature a round-shaped camera system consist of a quad setup and Note 7 Lite which also will have the same number of cameras but housed in a rectangular design which is currently in vogue.
Both smartphones will feature a large LCD IPS panel with a hole-punch single camera setup.
And as you would expect, the Infinix Note 7 series will both come with a massive battery just as usual considering the large display the devices will have.
Infinix Note 7 and Note 7 Lite specifications
Speaking of displays, the Infinix Note 7 will sport a 6.95-inch LCD IPS panel with hole-punch display (Infinity-O) which will offer a crisp HD+ resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels…not bad for an entry level smartphone.
Aside that, the device will also have a 20.5:9 aspect ratio with 580nits brightness and 91.5% screen to body ratio.
Powered by the Helio G70 chipset and will have a 6GB of RAM which is truly impressive.
And on the other hand, the Infinix Note 7 Lite will come with a smaller 6.6-inch LCD IPS Display with the same hole-punch or Infinity-O display which will have a 720 x 1600 pixels and support 20:9 aspect ratio as well as a 90.5% screen-to-body ratio. This one will have a slightly scaled down Helio P22 chipset as well as a 4GB of RAM.
Aside the display and RAM, both smartphones will be equipped with an internal storage of about 128GB and still offer a MicroSD slot wto further expand this storage space.
As for the battery, both devices are powered by a massive 5000 mAh batteries and then the Note 7 will have a faster 18W rapid charging support right above the 10W charging featured on the Note 7 Lite. Infinix claims that the handset can last for up to 4 days once charged.
Okay let’s talk about the cameras on the Infinix Note 7 and 7 Lite. The front facing camera on the Note 7 is a 16MP sensor while the Note 7 Lite has a smaller 8MP sensor.
As for the quad rear setup, this consists of a 48MP main sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, a 25mm 2MP Macro lens, 2MP depth sensor and then a low light video camera with a quad LED unit.
A similar setup of 48-megaipxel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel + low light video lens quad camera system is available on the rear side of the Note 7 Lite.
As for the device’s operating system, it runs on the latest Android 10 with the Infinix XOS 6.0 UI laced right on top of both devices with support for gesture-based navigation as well as stereo speakers to give the device great audio quality.
Both phones support DTS Audio processing. Both smartphones are equipped with side-mounted fingerprint sensors. The predecessor Note 6 had featured an X Pen stylus.
