Good food does just what its name implies. When taken well with seriousness and maintained balancely, then things work straight out for everyone. While th world’s technological advancement had caused our natural food reserve to stat detering, yet, there are still ways of getting out the real thing from the bad thing. While everyone wished the world was just a better place to live in , the increment of chemicals and bad environments are the ddaily contributors to the unhealthy lifestyle that many had taken on.
Anyway, as the age grows, so things get worst. Industries keeps adding more chemicals and the givernment say lesser things about them. Well then, you start getting excessive intake of the bad and imbalanced diet and then gets affected by the consequence on the long run. The body which is said to be in need of pure and naturally made food is now getting damaged by the war against the body. As this continues, we all imagines if a day things would change for better since our lives depend solely o those bad manners.
Addictive drugs like Cocaine are parts of the sole influence of bad lifestyle. When initially exposed to this, the bran gets more “smarter” that being the popular sentiment. But in a while, the smart brains starts getting dull. This goes on with some evil side effect like itching and hallucination. Drugs are drugs….whether taken in raw or in refined mode. This thus takes us to the fact that the world we live in today is so chemicalized that we just dont know which way to run to. Everybody seems to have been captured right under the umbrella of the evil company but we still ask ourselves….”How do i get better and live healthy.”
Consider: Some 10 years back, one Sandra Weilberg made some researches about food and lifestyle comparing the environmental factors of the advanced places with the unadvanced. Many atimes, we might not even know why we eat. Based on scienctific researches, food is a very important agent to the body. Food is seen like fuel in the car. Now, Fuels doesnt ake the car get beautiful or run faster. Faster cars are naturally made fast while slower cars are naturally slow. Now, when bad fuels go into the engine, the car might suddenly stop working around 10 O’clock in the night while you are coming from Lagos around the Ibadan expressway…that means you jut enter a serious trouble. Bad food does just that to the body.
The heart needs to pump bloods to the body so that oxygen would flow. The lungs needs to bring in more oxygen so the heart work well. The lungs and the stomach have to do their own job while the colons too. Now, see these organs as an engine. All engine components have different functionalities assigned to them. All these functions are thus to be performed efficiently only with the help of good fuel….that is equivalent to good food.
Many people today fall sick suddenly while they were initially healthy that was why i gave the example of the car breaking down at Lagos-Ibadan expressway at the middle of the night. Well, the only luck could be a Dangote truck but most would pass you by thinking you are a thief. Good feeding lifestyle therefore becomes a fundamnnetals to living a healthy life in a bad environment today.
How then do i improve my feeding lifestyle?
There are so many ways by which one can improve from the bad ways. Take for example, the body has a very powerful tool that it uses to fight off bad infections from bad foods and lifestyles. This way, the body would always get better without you even noticing anything but what if things gets worst…then the reality of getting ill is becoming certainty. Now, to improve your lifestyle from the bad type, it takes a lots of actions that has to do with self discipline. Take the following as an example.
# Eating raw foods vs Eating refined foods: For example, one of the reasons for perboiling the rice is because it reduces its excess starches. Now, when you take unperboiled rice, it could be very dangerous as it increase excess sugar in your body. Now, no one is gonna be taking uncooked rice anyway…we aint birds and fouls. But the point is that cooking espcially boiling is a method that actually reduces food’s natural quality. Now what am trying to say is that there are foods that are naturally fragile. With little exposure to diret heat, they lose 90% of their quality and the rest we take might not be important to the body anyore.
Science warned against the intake of over processed foods being parts of Cancer causing agents but are people actually taking to those rules? While life evolves everyday, the intake of over processed meals are increasing on the long run and this loss of nutrients are parts of the problems that affects the natural growth of people. Eating raw foods or less processed food is a special way that one could increase his motality rate and live more healthy.
In this case, Rice can’t be eaten in less processes. Beans cant be. Yam cant be. Cassava cant be. In other words, there are foods that naturally need to go through longer processe but there are some that does more good to the body than arm and these foods are what i refer to as Fruits. Now, fruits come very handy and they include Vitamins A,B,C,D,E…and so on. Balancing those things would actually help the body get better. Fruits like:

You’ve gotta protect your very own life and this way, reducing the intake of those types of foods would surely improve the way the body goes on the long run and in turn get exposed to a more advance life which experiences no sickness.
Drinking and smoking too would come in to the group. The funniest inscription ever ade by these companies is the popular “Smokers are liable to die young.” You wonder why people who felt you would die young still keeps manufacturing more for you to consume. Many times you might think of this as not being true because you ever experience any bad side of the dread. But consuming a huge amount of these things damages the organs that does most of the heavy lifting. What it means is that there are special organs that are designated to special duties. Food processing organs are different from drinking and or breathing organs and so the worst the food, the damaged those organs becoe which takes us back to the car that got kncked out in the middle of the night for no reason. Meats VS Fish: Many times you might ask yourself which is better but i feel depending on the age, one might matter than one. Many cases, people usually opt for meats. Meats could be bad with diseases of many kinds while embalmed fish would do its own chemical harm to the body. Now, the reality is that none is better but the truth is choosing the best as recommended by nutritionists and doctors would Bea better way of knowing which is better and healthy enough for the body’s consumption.
Where insects makes sense: In fact, there are some insects that are so friendly and allows you to eat them and make better impact in your life. Insects such as the winged reproductive termites are one great example. Son species of grasshoppers are great for food and there are several others on the big list. This little animals are very rich in protein and other important nutrients needed in the body. So don’t be surprised the ancients outlives the present generation its basically because of their excessive consumption of good foods which their body needs. Being in Africa could have its own advantage in the case of Species of eatable insects.
When water comes to the rescue: Water is a very powerful mineral resource that is so powerful enough to make life flow seamlessly. In other words, we just need water as much as we need air. In this case, water does most of the heavy lifting for the body to work out well. Water can be a very powerful medical drugs rival because continuous drinking of water would actually make you live a “Sickless” life. In this way, water is a very important agent in the body that helps the body metabolisms.
Leaves too are excellent: Vegetable leaves are excellent in nutrition. These green leaves makes the body get healthier than expected. Enough intake of this makes you get more healthy in the sense of better excretion. So far you obey the rules of not over boiling this great leaves, then they would reserve their nutrients as you get used to them. Because they are what you need.
