The Honor 8X was a massive success back in 2018 when the device was announced and then the follow-up Honor 9X was also interesting and the fact is that the Huawei sub brand had been doing quite well ever since it’s launching as the company even boasted about selling more than 10 million devices in China.
While the Honor 9X series was cool and did followed the design trend of 2019, the engineered pop-up camera system, the device definitely needs another successor but nothing has been officially revealed even though the company had been announcing smartphones right and left. A render tipped to being the Honor 10X Pro surfaced on the web and it’s really interesting what was found about the device.
The device features something I’d call the 2020 design trend as it features a hole-punch front-facing camera on it’s left corner much like 2020 smartphones are now being designed and also has the oblong-rectangular rear camera system much like the mimic of the Huawei P40 Series.

As for the rear camera system, it is made up of a 64MP AI Triple setup with an LED Flash of course. The device is also tipped to be powered by the company’s upepr mid-range Kirin 820 Chipset which is a slight bump from it’s predecessor.

The source also mentions the display is an OLED panel supplied by China’s BOE Display, and that the phone supports 20W fast charge. We hope the latter is true because the Honor 9X series disappointingly only supports 10W charging. But like I ranted before, I will never buy an Honor smartphone until they start out making their device screens with OLED panels something which almost all smartphone companies have adopted for their mid-rangers.
But all these information are still rumors and so we can’t 100% say they’re true so whatever Honor have to offer us this year, we all have to keep our fingers crossed meanwhile, you can subscribe to our newsletter and get all the latest about Honor 10X and other future release of Honor smartphones directly in your Inbox.
