Honor is not backing down as the company continues to try its very best to be one of the top-tier smartphone makers in China.
The latest from the old Huawei sub-company is the Honor X30 series which recently got approval from the 3c authority of China.
The information was shared by popular tipster Panda is Bald via Weibo where he stated that the smartphone maker had recently gotten approval for devices such as Honor X30, Honor Magic 4, Honor 60, and Honor 60 see.
He however shared a few specifications of the Honor X30 smartphone with the device’s model numbers being TNA-AN00/TN00, ANY-AN00, and LSA-AN00 all of which could potentially feature a super-fast 66W charger.
The company had released two X30 smartphones this year – Honor X30i and X30 Max.
The device according to the tipster could also be the first to be powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset which is an update to the existing Snapdragon 690.
The chipset is built on a 6nm architecture and has Kryo 660 CPU and an Adreno 619 GPU.
With that, the chip will apparently offer a better GPU performance and CPU speed among other things.
Another important thing the device could feature is the support for both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G networks.
As for the camera, the Honor X30 will reportedly sport a 48MP main sensor with additional two 2MP sensors to make up for a triple system.
At the front, there will be a hole-punch camera cut-out to house the device’s front-facing camera.
As for the release date, there are no words about when the device will debut but there are suggestions that Honor might announce the device sometime this month of November.
Since the Honor X30 will likely be a higher-end variant of the existing X30 duo, one can expect features like fast refresh rates, better display, and fast processing.
The current Honor X30i for example has a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with a speedy 90Hz refresh rate as well as being powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset and a 4,000mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging.
The bigger one has a 5,000mAh battery with the same 22.5W fast charging and a bigger 7.09-inch display with a dual rear camera system.
