Where is my Twitch Stream Key?
1. First thing is to head to your Twitch account via your web browser – Google Chrome or Safari browser, it doesn’t matter.
2. Next is to click on your profile avatar which can be found at the top right corner of the header section of Twitch.
3. After clicking, there should be a drop-down that shows a list of options. What you’re seeking is called “Creator Dashboard” right beneath “video producer”;
3. Now on the Creator Dashboard page is where you can do the magic by first clicking on the gear icon on the left side of the screen which has the label “Preference”. Then a dropdown opens with two options. Click on “Channel”
5. From the new interface, you’ll find a list of options and one of them is called “Primary Stream Key” which is located within the Stream Key & Preference page.
There is a simple “Copy” button right beside to automatically copy to clipboard and then that’s all.
If you feel your Stream key is exposed or you just want to change it, you can simply click on the “Reset” button next to the “Copy” button and that will reset the Stream Key which you’ll need to update across the third-party channels where it’s being used.
