NASA’s astronauts Victor Glover and Michael Hopkins will both be involved in the Expedition 64 spacewalk this Saturday March 13th and the event will be live streamed. So if you’re a big fan of space and science this is your chance to catch the event live as it’s happening.
The astronaut pair will be making a number of technical fixes to communication modules and other important parts of the International Space Station. The live stream will commence by 3:00 a.m. PT on Saturday March 13th but the real event which is when the astronauts will be out of the ISS will be about 1 and hour later which is 4:30 a.m.
The six-and-a-half hour long spacewalk will be the fifth for Michael Hopkin in his entire career while his counterpart Victor Glover will be having his fourth spacewalk all which is during the Expedition 64.
The event will be live streamed straight by NASA thanks to the numerous camera systems which will record high-definition videos of the event as well as capturing audio conversation between the astronauts and the Mission Control.
