The Tesla Cybertruck is huge and unusual in shape and design. The dimension Elon Musk and his team are taking us is rather futuristic and some of us are cool with it. The upcoming electric pickup truck is getting popular every day and many people are looking to acquire one for themselves with Elon Musk tweeting about the number climbing high every day.

While some felt the Cybertruck is great, some still believed the truck isn’t feasible or somewhat a scam which majority are buying into because Tesla needs funds from investors and would build up hypes if necessary which the Cybertruck is definitely doing for the company but that’s another story for another time. The main talk here today is if it’s possible to own Tesla Cybertruck while having a normal garage.

There was an AR simulated reality whereby enthusiasts who already booked reservations for the Tesla Cybertruck were realising they needed much larger garage to pack the truck.

How this is achieved was based on comparison between the Tesla Cybertruck alongside other Tesla vehicles. For example, most garages in the US are about 20 x 20 or 22 x 22 or 24 ft x 24 ft all in feet which are more than enough for modern sedans considering how compact modern sedans and even SUVs are becoming.

Placing the Tesla Model 3 in such garage space would fit in perfectly as well as the Model Y but what if by 2021 when Elon Musk finally delivers the Cybertruck and then it doesn’t fit into your garage.

As seen in the AR Cybertruck app render, the truck doesn’t fit because it’s tailgate is a bit longer assuming you are planning to place it beside the smaller Model 3.

The Cybertruck might seem large but it’s not wide because it’s measured width is 79.8-Inches making it a little bit wider than the Tesla Model X (79.7-Inches). But the length of the Cybertruck is obvious because of it’s height which is about 75-Inches unlike the Model X which stands at 66.3-Inches. So the length is therefore 231.7-Inches (Model X is 198.3-Inches)

The size of the Cybertruck is fairly similar to the length of iconic pickups like the Ford F-150 in its SuperCrew variant, but it is far larger than that of Tesla’s other vehicles. The Tesla Cybertruck might become a parking challenge for it’s owners meanwhile it’s not the only one on this list. There is also the RAM pickup as well as some cases with the Ford F-150.

The problem with trucks is that they’re meant to be an All-In-One vehicle that can do all things for you. They are luxurious and at the same time, they’re tough and rugged. And considering the fact that they’re meant to haul loads from places to places, these vehicles are usually larger than conventional SUVs.

The same is true about the Tesla Cybertruck. Tesla is trying to face the challenge of making a truly electric-powered pickup truck. Even the vehicle can comfortably carry 6 people based on the sitting arrangement as well as it’s minimalist interior design. But Elon Musk had stated that a much smaller Cybertruck will eventually emerge which might be an option for those who do not have the large estate to place the truck.
