The Google I/O annual event starts today and will run until 20th of the month and one of the big reveals we’re expecting is the next Android 12 update which was announced quite earlier this year.
With the developer beta already out which is still ridden with numerous bugs that needs to be fixed. With that said, Realme is one of the few companies that has been working with Google to release updates of the Android OS on their devices as soon as they debut – basically the beta program.
The Realme GT which is a flagship device from the Chinese brand might be getting the Android 12 beta 1 update soon especially when it becomes available probably after the Google I/O.
The beta update will be available to Chinese customers who wants it. Also the global release of the Android 12 Beta 1 will be global pretty soon according to Realme.
According to the manufacturer, the beta version will be released in the Realme Community within the month which means the launch should also be scheduled for this month.
Let’s talk about the incredible features of the device and this includes a nice 6.43-inch FHD+ screen and it’s powered by Snapdragon 888 chipset and in terms of storage space, it has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The device packs a 64MP triple camera setup on the back, a 16MP front-facing camera, stereo speakers, and even has an audio jack. It draws juice from a 4500mAh battery and has support for 65W fast charging.
Let’s see how things go but you can start checking for the update by heading to your smartphone’s settings > About > system updates in order to know if your device has received an update or not.
