The OnePlus 8 is a lesser version of the 8-Series with a nice 120Hz refresh rate display and it also has 1 billion color pixels making it really immersive and offer a great viewing angle from any part you’re looking at the device.
The device is powered by the Android 10 with the OxygenOS 10 built on top of it to give a much better UI fluidity. The OnePlus 8 Pro is also coming with an high-end chipset, the Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855+ (7 nm) and the CPU is expected to be an Octa-core (1×2.96 GHz Kryo 485 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 & 4×1.78 GHz Kryo 485) coupled by an 8GB of RAM as well as a 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
The device accommodates the new 5G network as well as other improved technology. but it’s lacking the 3.5MM headphone jack because OnePlus is now promoting it’s own wireless headphone.
As for the camera, it come with a triple rear setup with the camera component comprising of 48 MP, f/1.6, (wide), 1/2.0″, 0.8µm, PDAF, Laser AF, OIS, an 8 MP, f/2.4, (telephoto), 1.0µm, PDAF, OIS, 3x optical zoom and also another 16 MP, f/2.2, 13mm (ultrawide), AF. As for the features of the multiple camera setup, it’s thought to be able to record 2160p@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps, 720p@960fps, Auto HDR, gyro-EIS resolutions.
The front facing camera would be 16 MP, f/2.0, 25mm (wide), 1/3.1″, 1.0µm and capable of features such as Auto HDR and capable of recording 1080p@30fps, gyro-EIS videos.
The display is a 6.55-Inches display protected by the corning Gorilla Glass 5 both at the front and back while having aluminium frames.
