To commemorate its 40th anniversary, Nissan will be offering the 2021 Maxima in a limited-run which is expected to sport a gray and black two-tone exterior as well as black 19-inch alloy wheels with red leather interior with a base price tag that could be about US$37,000 according to reports we got.
The production of the Maxima has reached 40 years and that is prompting the Japanese brand to offer a limited 40th Anniversary Edition which will sport the 40th-anniversary badging on the exterior design of the car as well as on its red leather seats. The Maxima is the longest continuously running Nissan nameplate in the United States and that makes it deserve a grand slam.
Aside the cool badging that the new car will be sporting, it’s also coming with some limited edition-specific features which will include 19-inch black alloy wheels then black exhaust tips, a red semi-aniline leather interior with red contrast stitching and then a two-tone exterior paint design in Ruby Slate Gray Pearl while the roof of the car will be black.
The 40th Anniversary Edition will also get a 300-hp 3.5 liters V6 engine wit continuously variable automatic transmission or CVT. And according to the company, the official pricing for all the 2021 Nissan Maxima models including the 40th Anniversary Edition will be announced later on this year
