Aside the Galaxy Note, S and the A Series, the new up and coming Series in the Galaxy line will be the Galaxy M. Samsung is expected to bring together all of it’s models under the Galaxy M umbrella meaning there would likely be the Galaxy J, On and C smartphones.
The global launch of the event is expected to take place this January 2019 at a special event in India according to a report from PocketNow.
Although there were reports earlier on that there would most likely be at least four smartphone line-up in the Galaxy line which are
- Galaxy M10 or Galaxy M1
- Galaxy M20 or Galaxy M2
- Galaxy M30 or Galaxy M3
- Galaxy M50 or Galaxy M5
These devices will use the Samsung’s own SoC; the Exynos 7885 Chip and will be powered with a 4 GB RAM space all these are based on the FCC Certification.
The model name for the device will be SM-M105F/DS, the Galaxy M10 will be powered by a large 6-inch display according to the certification. The dimension of the device is expected to be 155.7 x 75.8 mm which gave the Galaxy M10 the same physical dimension as the Galaxy S9 Plus smartphone. The report also includes that there is every possibility of Exynos 7870 chip at it’s core is being coupled with 3GB of RAM and either 16 to 32 GB storage ption.
The documents mention a 3,400mAh battery, as well as Android Oreo (yes, Oreo) out of the box with Samsung Experience on top of it rather than the One UI.
