We reported earlier today that Xiaomi is planning to release a new set of devices among which is a smartTV, the Mi TV. Xiaomi officially confirmed the rumors that the devices which includes the Mi Mix 5G and then the Mi 9 Pro 5G will both be unveiled to the people of China on the 24th of September.
A new Weibo leak has it that the new Mi TV PRO will be a massive 55 Inch and 65 inch smart TVs. The TV will have an ultra thin bezels which is going to be the case with other Mi TVs.
Both models seem to have the same metal chassis, which again lines up with the other recent Mi TV launches

As for the the specifications of these TV sets, nothing is yet known but this is going to definitely be an improvement of the current M TV considering the Pro. As for the pricing of the TV, it’s thought to be quite more expensive than the current model.

The 55 Inch model of the current Mi TV costs around $424 wile the 65 Inch model costs $565. For people who pre-order the device between September 15-24 with a 100 yuan deposit, they’ll be entitled to a free 300 yuan speaker.
Since the official event date is out, expect more details on these products in the coming days. While the biggest launch at the event will probably be the Mi MIX 5G, we’re still eager to see all the other devices that will come out of it. The Mi TV PROs in particular are looking promising, and we can’t wait to see what new features and specs they bring to the table.
This will be another TV set from a popular smartphone maker. Earlier last month, Honor unveiled the Honor Vision smart screen which will run the Harmony OS. It’s a really sophisticated TV with enormous functionalities.
