Samsung’s new high-resolution ViewFinity S8 monitor is targeted at content creators and professionals thanks to its huge 27-inch and 32-inch screen size with a display technology such as IPS matte panels and a 3,840 x 2,160 (UHD) resolution.
The reduced bezels of the display give you a massive 98% screen-to-body ratio as well as support for HDR600 with its 600 nits of peak brightness while the smaller display sports a capable HDR400 and 400 nits of peak brightness.
With a blazing-fast GtG response time rated at 5ms, the new ViewFinity S8 monitor offers cool features like PiP and PbP. Unlike Apple, Samsung is also including a height-adjustable stand with tilt, swivel, and pivot adjustment when you purchase the new monitor. It also comes with a Vesa wall-mountable in case you’d prefer to clean your desk.

Other interesting things that come with this device include a variety of ports such as DisplayPort, an HDMI port a USB-C port, an Ethernet port, a headphone jack, and a USB 3.0 hub.

The ViewFinity S8 monitor was a CES 2022 Innovation Award Honoree in the Computer Peripherals and Accessories category earlier this year and Samsung has made it known that the monitor is the world’s first UL-verified glare-free monitor.
It is also Pantone Validated and Pantone SkinTone Validated.
A global release of the new ViewFinity S8 is scheduled for the end of the month even though Samsung is yet to hint about the price point just yet. however, the suggested price tag for the 27-inch variant is about US$557 while the bigger 32-inch variant is said to be about US$634.
