The Las Vegas CES 2020 which will take place in just few days to come (7th to 11th of January) will see the unleashing of numerous software all around and one of such is the Samsung 8K QLED TV which was hinted to be a bezel-less TV making it the first of it’s kind.
It’s even reported that high executives at Samsung Electronics had given the TV a big applauds right before it’s release in fact which might mean Samsung is kicking off it’s TV production starting from February.
The Bezel-less design is one intriguing thing about the TV considering how super wide it would seem making the panel appear as though it has no bezels just around it.
The company isn’t new to matching up it’s giant TV panels with their casing by using equipment from the Shinsegye Engineering for the process. Samsung still infact collaborates with another local supplier called Taewha Precision which supplies parts of the equipment for making the gadget.
According to one developer that worked on the upcoming product, the TV unlike “other bezel-less” TVs that still have bezels, actually offers “zero-bezels.” The developer stated that Samsung is the only company to have such an “extreme design” ready for production.
What’s more is the fact that the company’s image display division voicing their voices about the TV’s structural integrity pointing out to the possible separation between the panel and main body of the TV. Unfortunately, finer details and exact specifications regarding the upcoming bezel-less TV are still at large and we will have to wait till CES 2020 for any official confirmations.
