The news about Google planning on releasing a new set of true wireless earbuds has been on the internet for quite a while and the company has officially made the announcement. The US$99 priced TWS earbuds dubbed Pixel Buds A offer the same unique Google-ish design aesthetics which is simple and stylish.
I personally like the shape of the earbuds and the fact that it has no stem design however, there is a part of the earbuds meant to support its stability when worn that I do not like but that shouldn’t affect the audio quality which is one of the reasons customers will opt for the device in the first place.
The reasonable price point of the Pixel Buds A series matched with the fact that its made by Google is one of the reasons people might be willing to give this device a try. Sales of the TWS earbuds in both the U.S. and Canada is expected to start by June 17th even though pre-orders have already started however the time for global sales is yet unknown.
The device will be available in Dark Olive and Clearly White color options but it would have been great if Google made the earbuds in multiple colors which users can pick from.

Google assured great audio output on these devices and that is what many of us are already looking forward to because why pay US$99 if the audio isn’t as great as the design.
In a statement by the manufacturer, Google made it clear that the audio output on the Pixel Buds A series will be clear, full and natural because they decided to power its audio system with a 12mm dynamic speaker driver which should produce a super quality audio output as well as full bass in its natural state.
And it will also support the quick virtual assistant of the company “Hey Google”. With this system, it’ll be easier to use the device completely handsfree. Also the battery life will be another thing of concern because for me personally, I’d prefer a really long-lasting battery due to the fact that I’m a music person.
If Google’s claims are right, we could get mothing less than 5 hours on the device while the charging case should provide additional 12 hours giving the device an all-round use but still depending on how much you listen to music on a single charge of the earbuds.
More information about the device’s availability in other regions and countries across the globe is still unknown but for sure, Google will take things global for sure we just don’t know when or how fast. More information about the pre-order and waitlist is on their website.
