If you’re a user of either the Nokia X10 or X20 smartphones, HMD, the manufacturer that uses the Nokia emblem has announced the devices will be getting the latest Android 12 update.
The new update will be rolled out in batches to over 35 countries worldwide such as the following: Albania, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands (Tele 2, VF, T-Mobile), Norway, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and UAE.
Customers from the aforementioned regions will get the current Android 12 update by Dec. 26th.
Some users who have already started getting their own updates shared screenshots of the update with version number V2.230 with a November 2021 security patch along with a couple of decent features.

This is a really wonderful thing about Nokia and HMD considering the fact that some OEMs often lag behind when it comes to timely software updates. But the fact that users will be getting theirs so soon means HMD is serious about the Nokia brand’s rejuvenation.
To check for updates in case you’ve not received yours, head over to the settings page, and software update within the About Phone interface.
From there, click on “check for updates” and if there is any pending, you can just click on Download and Install or wait till tomorrow if you can’t find the update just yet.
