The LG V60 ThinQ 5G had been in the news for a very long time now and multiple leaks have been out and everywhere about the functionality of the device. It’s now official and the device is announced and has some really interesting features.
Powered by the latest Snapdragon 865 and an interesting 64-Megapixel triple rear sensors. Also a better display and a bunch of upgraded hardware that makes the device super interesting.
LG V60 ThinQ specifications
Despite LG devices not getting much attention from people all around the world, that doesn’t stop the company from making awesome smartphones. The LG V60 ThinQ offers a big 6.8-Inches OLED display which features an interesting Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. The aspect ratio is a tall 20.5:9 which is great for media consumption.
The display features a waterdrop notch just as we’ve seen it on the previous version, the V50S ThinQ. The front facing camera is a single 10-MP sensor.

Protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with the fingerprint sensor underneath the display making it more standard and interesting of a device.
As mentioned earlier, the LG V60 ThinQ is powered by the latest Snapdragon 865 with the X55 5G mode which allows the device to connect to Sub-60Hz and mmWave 5G networks.
As for the battery capability, the device is powered by a massive 5000mAh battery which also supports wireless charging and fast wired charging.
The SD865 chipset is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM. The phone comes with a native storage of 128 GB / 256 GB. There is a microSD card slot for additional storage.

Speaking of the interesting feature, the device feature an horizontal camera layout right at the back of the device and it comprise of a triple setup and an LED flash. The sensors includes an OIS enabled 1/1.7” 64-megapixel main lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 117-degree 13-megpixel ultrawide shooter and a 3D ToF (Time of Flight) sensor. The V60 ThinQ supports 10x digital zoom and is capable at shooting 8K videos.
Powering up the device from the inside is an Android 10 OS with the LG UX 9.0. The device also features 32-bit Quad DAC, stereo speakers and four microphones. As for connectivity, the device features a Wi-Fi 6 as well as a dedicated hardware button for accessing the Google Assistant AI. It interestingly still retain the 3.5mm audio jack and it’s cetified IP68 and MIL-STD 810G.

The LG V60 thinQ has an auxiliary display which is also a 6.8-inch OLED panel and supports FHD+. Remember this isn’t a folding display but a secondary display.
The case features a 360 Freestop Hinge that makes it possible to use the phone in different ways such as notebook, stand and tent modes. The case also features a 2.1-inch notification panel which offers users with always-on feature.
How much is the LG V60 ThinQ
There’s no official confirmation about the price of the device just yet but assumption bases the price-point in the premium level meaning the device would be well over $700 USD. The device has a dual color setup which includes a Classy Blue and a Classy White. The Dual Screen accessory comes in Black and White color options.
