Oh Ye TikTok lovers in the United States, gather around! The company recently announced the availability of its Fire TV application in the US and Canada according to a blog posted on Amazon.
TikTok has been spreading like a wildfire since COVID and the company also announced the availability of its application on FireTV in major European countries such as the UK, France, and Germany.
If you download the application from the Amazon Appstore, you can then start enjoying the experience by summoning it via Alexa.
One thing though is the fact that the experience on the new application is far more different compared to the existing More on TikTok Fire TV application which limits you to a curated selection of videos.

The new application functions exactly the same way as TikTok for mobile phones.
With that, you can do things such as signing in to your account or outright creating a new one. You can explore the “For You” page, follow and discover pages, and every other thing in between.
The app has an AutoPlay feature that allows you to play a continuous stream of videos. You can even use your voice to control videos and use commands like “play” and “pause” with the Alexa Voice Remote. Amazon also notes that the TikTok app is “coming soon” to Echo Show devices.
While there are other ways by which you can consume TikTok content, Fire TV is the only smart TV that offers support in the United States currently.
But if you reside outside of the US, you can enjoy the viral video sharing application on your Samsung smart TVs in regions such as Europe, and more smart TV supports are reportedly coming on smart TVs new LG smart TV models in the UK, France, and Germany.
