By the time the iPhne 12 series will be announced, it might come with a slightly higher price tag but this isn’t without any reason other than the fact that the device will be sporting some new features and upgrades that ranges from the 5G technology to the new A14 Bionic chipset as well as better camera modules.

A new report from TrendForce has concerning the release of the device also stated the price points of the iPhone 12 with the pricing said to be about US$50 to US$100 higher than the iPhone 11 series.

The TrendForce also believes that the new iPhone price could start anywhere between the US$699 to US$749 price mark for the smaller iPhone 12 which is thought of having the smallest screen of 5.4-inch while the iPhone 12 Max is thought to have a US$799 to US$849 price tag slapped on it.

Then there is going to be the iPhone 12 Pro which the TrendForce also believes will have a starting price of US$1,049 and US$1,099, while the iPhone 12 Pro Max could start between $1,149 and $1,199. The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max cost $999 and $1,099, respectively.

So in short, there will be four iPhone 12s this year all which are set to have 5G modems while the iPhone 12 and 12 Max will both sport the OLED display unlike the LCD panel on the iPhone 11 (the non-pro models).

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also reported that Apple is looking to keep the cost constrained on the new iPhones reporting that the device could have a slightly smaller battery component which could be compensated with a much optimized software and the A14 Bionic SoC in order to maximize battery efficiency.

Another thing is that the iPhone 12 might skip some accessories such as the EarPods and charger during the unboxing section.

This news has been circulating the web lately with people having different views of the issue whereby some rationalize the situation while others didn’t. In this case, you might just have to purchase an extra accessories to go with the device upon purchase.
