The next-gen Galaxy S22 series will comprise of a base Galaxy S22, a mid-tier Galaxy S22 Plus and then the maxed-out version Galaxy S22 Ultra will reportedly go into full mass production as soon as the first week of December.
According to the CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants Ross Young, the Galaxy S22’s production phase is expected to start as soon as the first week of the month of December.
One reason Young was able to get his hands on this information can be due to the fact that both smartphone displays and other components are often manufactured almost together which explains why he’s aware of the mass production phase of the device.
More information shared by Young about the Galaxy S22 series includes coming in four finishes.
The Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus will be available in the same colors; Black, Green, Pink Gold, and White, while Samsung could change things up with its top-tier Galaxy S22 Ultra, launching it in the Black, Dark Red, Green, and White flavors.

Elsewhere, the Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to be heavily influenced by the Galaxy Note series and will be heavily marketed in the US.
Although there was a previous report that stated the commencement of the Galaxy S22 series pre-order would be as soon as February 7th while an official debut would be a few days later.
Apple is reportedly trying its best to improve iPhone 13 supply chain issues, so this temporary setback is the opportunity Samsung needs to regain some lost market share. As of right now, the Korean giant’s smartphone segment is not performing too well, and it needs to do all it can to make the Galaxy S22 lineup readily available in several markets.
