S Capital, an Israel-based venture capital firm had made it known that it had closed a second direct investment fund worth over $120 Million which is targeted at earl-stage tech startups.
The new fund dubbed S Capital II is expected to bring it’s total committed capital to $270 million since it’s 2018 establishment. According to the company, it is willing to invest in a range of sectors which will includes insurance and financial technology, machine learning, artificial intelligence, enterprise software, cybersecurity and even information technology.
As of now, the company had invested in nearly a dozen startups. The aforementioned industries are now thriving and expected to thrive even more during and after the Coronavirus pandemic as company such as Stripe last week was able to land another $600 million round of investment funds as well as other tech-based startups.
