If you’re following the trend, you’ll know that Samsung releases new devices every year as an update to the previous model and that is what the rumored Galaxy Note 21 series is going to be about.

While little is known about the next big Samsung update, there are some leaks already being revealed by reputable leakers online and one of them, AndroidPolice has confirmed that the company will release three models of the Galaxy S21 line which will be the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and SS1 Ultra which will be the peak of the S21 series by the year 2021.

According to the unofficial reports, the both the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus will sport a 120Hz refresh rate on a FHD+ display but will lack the Adaptive functionality which will only be present on the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Also the screen dimension is said to remain the same which when measured diagonally is 6.2-inches for the base model, Galaxy S21 while there is a bigger 6.7inch display for the Galaxy S21 Plus and lastly there will be the slightly smaller S21 Ultra with 6.8-inch display compared to the current 6.9-inches on the S20 Ultra. The new leak also confirms Ultra will get a higher-res 1440p LTPO display.

In addition, the new leak confirms the Ultra will support Samsung’s S Pen stylus but it won’t be bundled with the device itself and there won’t be an opening to store it like on the Note series. Samsung will sell separate cases that come with an S Pen holster.

Substantial Galaxy S21 series leak reveals all key specs

As for the design, Samsung seems to have nailed it already whereby the company now utilize the flat display while ousting the curved edges as seen in older models such as the Galaxy S10 series back in 2019. The Galaxy S21 based on the render looks quite similar to the current Galaxy S20 with the exception being the design of the rear camera module.

In other areas, the device is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 875 chipset as well as the newly upgraded Exynos 2100 chipset all which will be based on the region of the user. .

All three devices will be powered by either the Snapdragon 875 or Samsung’s own Exynos 2100 chipset depending In the camera department, the base models of the Galaxy S21 will have 12MP primary sensor and then another 12MP ultrawide sensor with a massive 64MP telephoto lens but as for the high-end model, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a bigger 108MP HM3 ensor which is expected to have a better light sensitivity.

Samsung will reportedly add two 10MP telephoto modules said to offer 3X and 10X optical zoom respectively and 130% larger pixels compared to the S20 Ultra. The fourth module on the S21 Ultra is said to be a 12MP ultrawide lens.

Also as for the power and capability of the device, the Galaxy S21 will have a 4,000mh battery while the S21 Ultra will have a bigger 5000mAh battery which makes sense because of the massive display and high refresh rate it’ll be powering.

More Samsung devices will be getting the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update

On the software side we’ll see One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. The Galaxy S21 according to the leaks and reports is expected to come in Phantom Violet, Phantom Gray, Phantom White and Phantom Pink while the S21+ will have Phantom Silver, Phantom Black and Phantom Violet and then the bigger S21 Ultra will have Phantom Silver and Phantom Black only. And as for the pricing, nothing yet is known or confirmed about the device.
