RealMe 9i’s official debut will reportedly take place on an. 10th in Vietnam but despite 6 days to the date, a Vietnamese publication called ThePixel.vn reduced our speculations by sharing a hands-on video of the device.
From the video, we can see what alleged “official” design of the device as well as other images of the devices to give a heads-up for those that hope to get their hands on the device when it’s released.
Speaking of the design of the Realme 9i, the alleged device’s official image shows a plastic back with carbon ridges that are there in order to reduce fingerprints while allowing for a better grip.
Also, the device has a curved back towards the edges while the camera setup at the back of the smartphone is made up of a triple system.
At the bottom of the Realme 9i’s leaked pictures, is where you’ll find its speaker grille, USB-C, a microphone, and fortunately, a 3.5mm headphone jack.
On the left side of the device, you’ll find its SIM card slot and volume buttons. The device could potentially be a dual SIM-supported smartphone.
As for the right side of the device’s body, you’ll find its power button with an integrated fingerprint scanner.
Realme is also kind enough to include a secondary speaker right at the top of the device which should give it a solid audio output.
Away to the front of the smartphone, you’ll quickly notice a giant bottom chin on the device and a hole-punch cut-out to house the front-facing camera.
Realme 9i specifications (rumored)
According to previous reports of the device, what is expected of the display is a 6.59-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with a speedy 90Hz refresh rate.
Powering it will be a Snapdragon 680 chipset and storage option is expected to vary with the base version being 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Hopefully, there will also be support for MicroSD card within the SIM tray.
As for the power, the device will possibly make use of a 5,000mAh battery with a speedy 33W fast charging. The camera setup includes a 16MP front-facing selfie camera and at the back, there will be a 50MP primary sensor and then a 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensor.
