OPPO Reno 7 series will reportedly debut in China tomorrow and there have been a number of interesting features that will make the device appealing.
A recent TENAA certification shows some interesting features of the devices and the fact that it will come in three models – Reno 7 SE, Reno 7, and then Reno 7 Pro which will certainly be the high-end variant.
Below, we have gathered the important features that we find interesting about the OPPO Reno 7 series.
OPPO Reno7 SE specifications
OPPO Reno 7 SE is the base model and is said to have a model number PFCM00. It’s expected to have a 160.2 x 73.2 x 7.45mm in terms of dimension and will weigh about 171 grams.
Other notable features include a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution which is already exciting. Another thing is the fact that the device will sport a big 4,390mAh battery and 8GB of RAM with storage options ranging from 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage.
In the camera department, you’ll get a 16MP front-facing sensor while the back sensor is made up of a triple set-up with the primary sensor being a 48MP sensor flanked by a dual 2MP secondary sensor.
There isn’t much that you’ve never heard of on the device except for the price point which isn’t made available at the moment.
OPPO Reno7 specifications
Then we have the middle child, the Reno 7 which will reportedly have a PFJM10 model number.
The device will have a measurement of about 156.8 x 72.1 x 7.59mm while weighing about 185 grams.
As for the display, it will maintain the same FHD+ AMOLED panel that measures about 6.43-inch. The battery size will also be similar to the aforementioned Reno 7 SE and the storage will be slightly different.
There will be an 8GB/12GB for RAM and storage will range between 128GB and 256GB.
In the camera department, there will be a Sony IMX709 32MP front-facing sensor with a triple rear camera setup with the main sensor being a 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor. Others are 8MP and 2MP sensors.
OPPO Reno7 Pro specifications
Last but not the least, the big gun is the Reno 7 Pro. It’s expected to have a model number PFDM00 and will measure about 158.2 x 73.2 x 7.45mm while weighing about 180 grams.
As for the display, you’ll get a larger 6.55-inch AMOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution.
In the battery department, the device will make use of a 2,200mAh dual-cell battery for blazing-fast charging capability.
And as for storage, it will come in both 8GB/12GB of RAM while the storage option will be between 128GB and 256GB just like the aforementioned Reno 7 mid-model.
As for the camera, there will be a Sony IMX709 32MP selfie camera with a triple rear camera made up of a 50MP primary sensor and then another 8MP, and finally a smaller 2MP sensor.
While the majority of the features listed above are pretty much basic, and nothing extra-ordinary or gimmicky about the device, there are other reports that the device will make use of Dimensity 900 for the base model, Snapdragon 778G for the mid-range, and then Dimensity 1200-Max chip for the high-end variant.
Also, the devices are expected to offer about a 90Hz refresh rate while also having fast charging. The color option will range between black, BLUE, AND GOLD.
