Microsoft will be hosting a public event by June 24th at 11am ET where American company will show off what’s next for its desktop operating system, Windows.
During the event, the software development company will talk about new Windows variants – most of which have been in the news for a pretty long time now.
The company’s entrance into the PC market with the introduction of the Surface laptops have been quite successful and the devices come in different sizes and of course prices.
Still on the Windows event, Microsoft’s CEO speaking during the Build 20201 conference made it known that the company will share more about the operating system soon.

He also said that it would be a major update of the operating system over the past decade. According to him, he said this will be the “next-generation of Windows”
Microsoft officials have been signaling that they want to give Windows a bigger play in 2021. By introducing a “new” Windows variant, they also will try to help their OEM partners in their quest to get users to buy brand new PCs.
But until then, we might not know very much about the operating system however, there have been numerous stories on the internet about the company planning to create an update of the Windows 10 OS which will also feature a newer user interface that will be more flexible and will be portable.
