Earlier on, we got leaks that showed numerous layouts and designs that could be used for the next year’s Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone. With features such as 5 to 6 cameras and a full front display, we’re definitely going to be getting another massive innovation from Samsung yet again.
Evan Blass, a popular Twitter blogger made it known that there is going to probably going to be another new member in the Samsung Galaxy S10 family…the Galaxy S10 Lite.
Don’t forget the fact that Samsung had been using the Mini version for it’s less massive flagships since the Samsung Galaxy S4 but was sort of stopped during the S8 periods. The reintroduction of the lite version will see a bit of a stripped down device with little bit less features unlike the full variants.
Manufacturers such as Huawei already employ Lite version for it’s popular Mate 20 smartphone with the Mate 20 Pro being the slightly higher version.
And since Samsung will most likely increase the display size of the Galaxy S10, the S10 Lite will be the one to inherit the old 5.8 inch display which is currently being used by the Galaxy S9.
According to the leaked image, the Galaxy S10 Lite will be a 5.8 inch smartphone, The Galaxy S10 will have a 6.1 inch display while the higher Galaxy 10 Plus will be 6.4 inch display just as massive as the current Galaxy Note 9. While we wonder if Samsung will match it’s Note with the Huawei Mate 20X which has a massive 7.2 inch display, the Galaxy S10 Plus getting a massive display can prove the point.
But one thing for sure is that Samsung will never employ a Notch to it’s smartphones not to talk of the flagship. Samsung even went as far as dissing Google Pixel XL notch joking that the notch can land an aeroplane.

Samsung fans don’t seems to care about the notch and considering the fact that the Samsung’s all screen design makes their device unique, it makes it more exclusive to Samsung. I wouldn’t personally advise Samsung to join the bandwagon of notched smartphones because many smartphone manufacturers are finding it difficult to differentiate themselves from others within the large pond of notched smartphones a trend which Apple started with it’s iPhone X last year (2017)
But what we’d also expect is a sim and SD card tray, an headphone jack which some Huawei SMartphones are now ditching and a USB Type-C with speedy charging and wireless charging.
For nearly a decade now, Samsung smartphones had always been great camera phones and the fact that the display is always crisp and crystal clear makes the 5 to 6 camera lenses a good thing.
Samsung could eventually put DSLR cameras to shame with it’s smartphone but the price though not official yet would range between $500 to $900. The release of the Samsung Galaxy S10 could be during the CES 2019.
But the all screen design makes it uneasy for Samsung to decide whether a full notch is inevitable of not. But anyway, based on the leaked casing of the Galaxy S10 smartphones, there will be camera dots on the screens of the devices.
While Samsung isn’t probably going towards the lane of the Oppo Find X which has it’s camera emerging from within the device’s all screen display, Samsung’s own move might differ and the innovation is all about ensuring users get the best out their product.
And if any of the Galaxy S10 will be having multiple cameras, it would be the Galaxy S10 Plus considering it’s massive 6.4 inch display. The Galaxy S – Plus variants always had multiple cameras in the past and this won’t be a new thing after all.
We still keep our hands tight and awaits more stories about what the Samsung Galaxy S10 will look an feel like before it’s actually released to the general public. Stay tuned on BrumPost and we’ll keep you posted while we get more stories.
