One new Microsoft addition to the Windows 10 update is a scrolling news bar application which is aimed at getting you updated with the latest happenings in the world around you.
The application is built to pull stories from about 4,500 different sources as well as stock information just in case you’re the type that want to know all the happenings in the stock marjet and so forth.
This isn’t an entirely new innovation as Microsoft had at some point done something in this resemblance back in the days of the good old Windows 95 and this might just be an upgrade to better suite Windows 10 user or maybe we should basically call a remake with more tweaks here and there to make it perfect for a modern computer if you understand what I’m trying to explain here.
As of now, the application is still available in a Beta version but despite this, it offer lots of interesting features which includes customization to tweak it to your very own tastes.
You’re able to move it around on your screen and you can minimize it so it can go away if you’re tired of it. In my opinion I just think all these tech companies are getting overtly obsessed with news application a lot and this might just appear as another one among the many.
But anyway, if you think you’ve not yet settled for a better news application on your Windows 10 computer, you can just give this a trial and see how it goes.
Here's what Microsoft's News Bar (beta) looks like. Yes, it's a periodically scrolling appbar sitting on top of the Windows Taskbar. pic.twitter.com/IwHNACI2l5
