Huawei, just like Xiaomi doesn’t stop at making smartphones and laptops. The company also makes smart devices like eyewear and so forth. Earlier this year, during the Huawei P30 and the P30 Pro launching, the company made it known that it would be releasing it’s own line of smart glasses after announcing it’s collaboration with a well-known South Korean eyewear firm which is known as Gentle Monster. Little was known about the Smart eyewear as at then but the device will be going on sales by September.
The new smart glasses will be called the Huawei x Gentle Monster smart glasses and it’s now officially listed. The device is not going to be some overtly priced device as we see in some other EOMs. The Smart Glasses comes in two models with the first priced around $212 and the superior version slightly expensive and sold for about $354.
The availability of these devices is expected to be on the 6th of September right there in China. Below are four images with which the device will come in. Fashion seems to be the main point in the designs of these eyewear considering Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, Yu Richard’s comment, the Huawei Monster smart glasses is the latest fusion of fashion and technology.

The Huawei x Gentle Monster smart glasses is a device allow users to talk on the paired smartphone without putting anything in the ears. It is more like a replacement for earbuds. The device does not feature a camera and there are no buttons on it. To answer a phone call, users need to simply tap on the temple of the eyewear. For improved call quality, the eyewear has built-in AI Bluetooth noise reduction technology.
