As we proceed to a newer decade, Electric Vehicles will become much popular for sure and that might be time for an automobile giant like the Fiat Chrysler to showcase during the CES 2020 it’s three plug-in hybrid models and new “4xe” badge and more. The company, yesterday in fact promised to unveil it’s contraption: the AirFlow Vision concept.
While there is just the “AirFlow” label right on the grille of the concept car design, the fact that there might have been some design influence from the Jeep Grand Cherokee is a little bit obvious while the back seems like an Aston Martin.
Then the FCA later revealed that it did use the dimensions as well as the flat load floor of that of a Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid which kind of seems like the future of a Jeep despite the fact that FCA only shared what it called the “Future Premium design” and nothing more but of course the interior is where the real story starts.

One aspect the FCA designers are trying to incorporate into their vehicles is the future of technology by creating an experience whereby both future drivers and passengers can interact with these new technologies.

To the right is the center stack that features a large center screen and a second screen below it that tilts upward slightly. The photo depicts it showing the navigation map, but that’s hardly the screen I’d want to look at while driving.
The interaction never stops considering how you can share information from one screen to the other by merely swiping towards the other person’s screen and then they can have the information.
While companies like Tesla had been trying to incorporate large displays in their vehicle so that both drivers and passengers can have a better overview of what’s going on within the car and around it, screens are finally becoming more serious and important in future-oriented vehicles.
Apart from the Airflow concept and all the Jeep hoopla, FCA will also have a Jeep virtual reality experience to trial. There, users will get a first look at the Jeep Wrangler 4xe — the upcoming Wrangler plug-in hybrid.Â
