After so much anticipations, Natasha Romanoff will be getting her own movie after all, she’s been a really important figure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe who alongside the Captain America had battled all the evil people off the human world.

The movie, Black Widow will be the Phase 4 of the MCU which is going to lead to different opinions as well as questions. Scarlett Johansson will be returning to pick up her ass kicking attitude from where she left off in the Avengers: Endgame, which will be giving us way more details about who this young woman really is. Including her origin, how she became the Black Widow and so forth.

And talking about the movie trailer, however, attendees saw a short behind-the-scenes video of Johansson, Florence Pugh and David Harbour in a helicopter in front a blue screen. None of them were able to attend the panel in Anaheim Saturday because the film is in its final weeks of filming.

The movie trailer showed Natsha Romanoff in almost all of her numerous Avengers appearances while a voice-over echoed in saying “I’ve made mistakes” , “Must be hard to shake the whole double agent thing, huh?” This proceeded until the Captain America: Civil War when she parts ways with Tony Stark at the Avengers compound.

The Black Widow movie which is expected to be released by the year 2020 was shown to fans just last month at the San Diego Comic Con with the footage opening with a Budapest location tag that recieved a wide positive applause from fans. (In the MCU, Budapest was famously mentioned in passing between Black Widow and Hawkeye, and referenced in Captain Marvel by Nick Fury.) The D23 footage expands slightly on what was seen at SDCC, and it also shows off a new white outfit for Black Widow.

With majority of the scenes shown was a fight between Natasha Romanoff (Scarlet Johansson) as well as her co-star, Yalena (Florence Pugh) who was then revealed to be Natasha’s sister while the fight sequences was just a family way of welcoming each other back home.

Pugh told Syfy Wire at SDCC the film is about a badass discovering her history, and also “it’s about these broken, raw, wicked, powerful women. They are equal, they fight in the same way, they are compatible, and they are healing in the same way.” 

The movie is the first film to be completely written and directed by women in Hollywood with Jac Schaeffer being the writer while Cate Shortland was the director. The movie is scheduled to be released by the 1st of May 2020 as the 24th MCU film while the likes of Rachel Weisz, David Harbour and O-T Fagbenle were all starred in the movie.

Meanwhile, we hope to see Nick Fury having his own movie as well as other notable characters in the MCU. Personally, I wouldn’t mind a movie dedicated to Thanos and Gimora showing us more indepth details about how their father-daughter relationship started even though we were just brushed up with little info during the Avengers: Infinity War.
