Netflix has been the boss in the movie streaming world and now it’s offer of $9.99 for subscription is another deal. Now as the time gets by, Netflix had increased its subscription fee for it’s long time subscribers and so the hike will go $2 up from the initial $7.99.
Although the $9.99 is what new subscribers have always have to pay since October and now even the respect for the old subscribers might have wear off already. Although before October, Netflix had announced the hike but was just a $1 hike which was supposed to be $7.99 – $8.99 – That was back in May 2014.
During g that time, Netflix said it would allow its old subscribers to continue enjoying great movies for only $7.99 but not for long but just two years. And here the period is already up. So the action will take place starting next month.
Netflix wouldn’t make the announcement that surprising as it said it will mail every affected customers about the pending increase because not everyone will remember a 2 years old news.
Although $2 isn’t that a big money though since the company offer some service which is awesome at least to everyone, this might have some thoughts either negative or positive in the minds of its subscribers as its not yet known though. The convenience is what matter most in business.
The movie catalog might be shrinking, but many of these original shows are getting too good to go without. And if you ask people whether HBO or Netflix is the company making superior original content, well, the answer is beginning to change:

Meanwhile, if you were impacted by the original subscription jump to $8.99 each month — that’s everyone who signed up for Netflix after May 2014 — you won’t actually have to pay $9.99 until October.
If this all seems hopelessly confusing, just head to the account settings page on Netflix’s website, where you’ll see a “Your price plan is guaranteed until _____” message that spells out if and when you’ll start paying more.
