Soon, you could install apps directly from search results based on new testings which Google is holding. Now, Users of Android can install applications directly without having to route through Play Store but instead get their app installed directly installed according to Android Police.
The feature would bring in a sort of permission windows for app installation as seeing in normal Play Store interface.
Google has for some time now displayed links to the Play Store on Android and to the iOS App Store on mobile Safari for iPhone users. However, this would mark the first time users can download and install an app without going through a mobile storefront.
Although its spread is still in doubt on mobile browsers like Chromes and Safari, but Google did never made any comment on this anyway.
Although the development is unclear but this would be another boost to the Google search engine as it would give either Android users or others the abilities to keep users stick to their engine and installing “Apps which they never made anyway.” according to The Verge.com
But to some extent, this could help App developers and App companies get their products straight out to their users with ease. Since an ordinary searcher could come across an application and install them straightforward that would also boom the power of the Googlebot as many And many more would switch to them if only for App download. We all keep our fingers crossed and expects to see what Google would come up with eventually.
