As it is, Boston Dynamics is well known for being the maker of lots of Robots and its scientists have a long date of history of trying to tease all these robots. This same practises continues in the most recent video from the company where there was a showcase of its next generation Atlas Droid; which happens to be a bipedal not that is powerful enough to pick up things like boxes, open doors and probably kill a human…
Atlas isn’t well designed since it stumbles as it walks around the wood near Boston Dynamics’s office but the machine is always there picking itself up each time it falls on the floor. Getting knocked over won’t be a serious issue to the Not since one of Company’s scientist planted a boot in its back during a video whereas the fallen not was still doing fine.
So as the case might be, Atlas is capable enough to track boxes and then bend down to carry them up even though they are on the floor. It would keep carrying it back up each of the time the box slips out of it’s very robotic hands since he gets teased by his teaser – one of the company’s scientist that does the teasing.
Let’s hope it’s not capable of tracking the faces of people that have wronged it, or else they’ll be first against the wall during the robot uprising.
Boston Dynamics keeps producing scary robots but the scientists won’t desist from beating then up.
There is a video that shows Atlas escaping through an unlocked door, perhaps to start kicking back at the people that have been kicking it.
Well, it could be a new thing better than expectation. Whatever the motive is, it should at least be an accomplice to human and not scaring them later on.
