Everyone has been talking about the ultimate flagship killer – the Redmi Note 10 Pro which is actually Xiaomi’s aim and that is what the device is meant to do. The disruption is so much now that most people kept asking themselves whether it’s justified to chunk out US$1,300 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra or just purchase a really simple US$400 smartphone.
However, the new shocker is the Redmi Note 10 Pro which is even way lesser than that price point considering the fact that it comes with some pretty great features that set it aside from all others such as an AMOLED display with high-refresh rates and a big battery as well as a fast processor. Did I also mention that this device has a powerful camera system all for that price?
Sometimes I get to wonder how Xiaomi get to make any profit but well, that’s left to the company’s executives to figure out.

Just if you ask me what makes this device so interesting and garnering a lot of public attention well, it’s because of the value it has to offer despite its ultra-cheap price point.

First of all, you get a big 6.67-inch AMOLED panel made by Samsung with a hole-punch camera cut-out which is the same kind you’ll find in other high-end Xiaomi’s devices such as the Mi 11 Ultra. But then there is also the 120Hz refresh rate which is blazing fast which makes gaming super fun on the device thanks to its 240Hz touch sampling rate with a 2400 x 1080 pixels of resolution and 395 PPI.
Other cool features of the display include a contrast ratio of about 4,500,000:1 with 450 nits of brightness. It also has HDR10 certification with reading mode 3.0 technology and SGS Eye care display certification so you can be rest assured Xiaomi put everything into consideration before putting this device together.
And it’s powered by a 5,020mAh(typ), built-in lithium-ion polymer battery with support for 33W fast charging and USB type-C. I obviously won’t count that as a feature in 2021 but the fact that it’s not even on the iPhone makes it a good thing to have on a cheaper device like the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
There are also the cool hardware specs of the device such as being powered by the Snapdragon 732G chipset with Octa-core clocking at 2.3GHz. Its GPU is an Adreno 618 while its RAM is 6GB LPDDR4X and an internal storage of 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. It also features an external MicroSD support of up to 128GB to enhance the storage.
Trust me, there is nothing bad to say about this device because it’s just a valuable smartphone for its small price point and that is why I’m recommending it on The Bargainer for those who don’t want to spend too much this summer on a smartphone but still want what premium-tier smartphones have to offer – this is it!
