Artificial skins have never being that cool to rhyme up totally with the body of people and this points them out quickly. Seeing one will make you wonder if its real or not but Japanese Researchers have grown skin tissue that couldn’t only include hair follicles but all the glands that come with it which are both the oil and sweat glands.
How this was done was by taking cells from mouse gums, turn them into cell-like forms that generate skin and implant those into mice with immune system deficiencies that allows the skin to grow unimpeded.
Although the resulting skin was a little creepy — just look at the wart-like growth above — but it was healthy, behaved normally and made connections with natural tissue.
Well though that’s an experiment on a Mouse but the estimated period this might take to go on human for experimental purposes were said to be 10 years and if this works out as more researches is being carried out will change the face of health of the world.
So in case you suffer some serious accident that leaves your scarred or permanently damaged or some diseases or burns or whatever there could be a tissue replacement that will actually change things and shape them together farther than expected though.
