Today, AMN Healthcare and Aegis Therapies won the Partnership Excellence award in the 2016 HRO Today Services and Technology Association Awards. The awards recognized the high-achieving partnership for the AMN managed services program (MSP) that did helped Aegis reduce costs through effeciencies, improve the qualities and addresses challenges associated with hiring contract labour.
Josh Ferguson is a key member of the MSP being the leader while also being a very important member of the Strategic Workforce Solutions team at the AMN Healthcare, and Kay McCall the vice president of the Recruiting & Staffing at Aegis Therapies. Aegis Therapies, part of the Golden Living Family of companies, is a company with its credibilities in contract rehabilitation and wellness serrvices. The partnership in staffing Excellence award recognized the design, implementation and delivery of a total workforce solution through a partnership program.
